Product Information
1. Prices of products and delivery and other charges displayed on the “Lily’s Flowers and Gifts” website are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to variation without notice.
2. “Lily’s Flowers and Gifts” will always attempt to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing. However, we are unable to warrant that product descriptions or other content of the website is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free.
Sales
1. Booking deposits are not refundable
2. Order reductions of more than 10% will not be accepted within 14 days of the order fulfilment date
3. Balance payments are not refundable unless at the discretion of “Lily’s Flowers and Gifts”
4. Final balance payment is required 10 days or more before the order fulfilment date.
5. Orders will not be despatched until payment in full has been received and “Lily’s Flowers and Gifts” is satisfied with the integrity of the order and payment.
6. Without limiting the operation of the Terms and Conditions, herein “Lily’s Flowers and Gifts” is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by late delivery or cancellation of an order or a product.
7. Placement of an order by you constitutes an offer to entre into an agreement with us ("your offer"). “Lily’s Flowers and Gifts” will provide you with an Order Confirmation for the sole purpose of confirming the details of your offer. Please note that our Order Confirmation does not constitute an acceptance of your offer or reflect the status of your order in any way.
8. “Lily’s Flowers and Gifts” reserve the right not to provide goods or services or to cancel orders (or part thereof) at our sole discretion at any time. Without limiting the operation of the Terms and Conditions, “Lily’s Flowers and Gifts” will not be held liable for loss or damage arising from the exercising of these rights.
9. If you need to cancel an order, please contact “Lily’s Flowers and Gifts” immediately on (02)8840-9607 or 0430-117-660. Our agreement with you only comes into existence once we have both confirmed your order and your payment have been processed. Once “Lily’s Flowers and Gifts” has accepted payment for an order, any refunds are within our sole discretion.
10. Orders that cannot be cancelled will be subject to the terms relating to Returns and Exchanges below.
11. All effort will be made by “Lily’s Flowers and Gifts” to supply the products agreed upon at the time of booking. However, “Lily’s Flowers and Gifts” will not be held responsible if the products are not available as a result of, but not limited to, unavailability, seasonal variation or poor quality. “Lily’s Flowers and Gifts” reserves the right to use its discretion to supply similar or substitute high quality product under such circumstances and will try where possible to agree this alternative product with you prior to supply.
12. In the unlikely event that “Lily’s Flowers and Gifts” are unable to fulfil the order for reasons including, but not limited to, illness, accident, or injury, we reserve the right to find substitute staff, companies, and/or subcontractors, to fulfil the order. If “Lily’s Flowers and Gifts” are still unable to fulfil the order, we reserve the right to cancel the order and will refund all monies to you and in lieu of any and all other damages of whatever kind and nature that might otherwise be available to the you under applicable law.
Delivery
1. It is your obligation to provide the correct and complete delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you provide the wrong address, “Lily’s Flowers and Gifts” are not obliged to re-deliver the order to the correct address at our expense.
2. It is your responsibility to inform “Lily’s Flowers and Gifts” if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. “Lily’s Flowers and Gifts” will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.
3. Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, “Lily’s Flowers and Gifts” will not despatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be despatched according to our discretion.
4. If the incorrect delivery address is supplied or if there is no-one to receive and no safe place (as judged by us) to leave the ordered products, they will be returned to “Lily’s Flowers and Gifts” premises and we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery may incur an additional fee. To avoid these costs, please carefully consider the delivery address you provide.
5. “Lily’s Flowers and Gifts” do not accept responsibility for completing setups at a ceremony or reception venue if the venue is not ready at the pre-agreed time. Under these circumstances, we will use our discretion to leave the products at the venue (if the venue is willing to complete the setup) or to return the products to our premises for you to pick up.
6. “Lily’s Flowers and Gifts” are unable to give a guaranteed time of delivery but will endeavour to deliver at the agreed time.
7. Without limiting the operation of the Terms and Conditions, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation or refund of an order.
8. “Lily’s Flowers and Gifts” will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
Returns and Exchanges
1. While “Lily’s Flowers and Gifts” will abide by the applicable law in relation to the supply of its products, no exchange or refund (unless at our discretion) will be accepted if you change your mind.
2. We believe our product is of the highest quality and hope that you agree after receiving our products. There is no money back guarantee. However, we do care about our customers and will deal with each situation on a case by case basis. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, don’t hesitate to contact us.
